Decision Time 2013-2014 - New Forum Skin

Its that time again folks, that's right time to choose a new skin, over the next (month?) we will be taking suggestions for color, theme, anime, and characters it should be based around, and ofc the most popular will be chosen or just the one we find most interesting! Just kidding I'll make a poll after a week or so with the suggestions and the one that wins will be chosen.

Things that we will need suggested

-Body Backround (the outer page)
-Page Backround (the inner page
-Link Color (Section names, thread names, Member's names)
-Hover Link Color: The color that shows up when you hover over a link
