Cheating Anime!!

Well I was think and whats up with Pokemon

Like, Pokemon is known just because it based for young people, so people want to 'please' their kid and they buy the stuff related so this means Pokemon is getting more known everyday and they wont stop the anime, possibly for a long time too.

its the same shit as Ranma and Inuyasha. It was geared towards a certain generation and once it became popular they just didnt know when to stop.

Ranma was in Japan for children, Inuyahsa was USA for teens, and DBZ was in America for kids!

Sailor Moon also almost fell into this category but thank god they stopped airing it. Those english eps were so poorly done ray charles would have better luck seeing more life then those episodes.

True, But Pokemon Is a BIG PROBLEM. They have the pokeball thing in stores, plus a trading card game, PLUS the games, I don't know but some anime may stop airing cause the competition is to hard to beat.
Naruto and Bleach need not worry in my opinion though cause they have quite a bit of fans

relax itl never happen, Anime creators know very well that Pokemon is popular for children. I mean Pokemon is what replaced Digimon, and Digimon was HUGE, with a womping 9 seasons each season with over 50 eps each season.

There are two shows in Japan that still air for children, pokemon, and Power Rangers.

But they will never have to worry about other animes, most of witch are geared to an older population, At the current time, most anime creators are aiming at College Students.!

I personally don't find this much of a problem.... Maybe I'm too laid back
about it. But to me there are three main issues here!

1. Some anime is STRICTLY created for the younger age bracket. (not too much of a problem since anime is more diverse nowdays and there is bunches of anime that can easily out do pokemon or Digimon if it gets out of hand..... ~ Sales Wise ~)

2. Anime was orginally intended for the younger generation in the first place and slowly spread into the teens and adults catagories respectively. (not really an issue)

3. Plenty of merchandise or fandom fare in the kids anime. Yet it hasn't being overthrowing the big names in anime. And we all know what those are right? (so it once again isn't something to get worked up about)
