I like Funimation dubs, but I do agree that they reuse the same cast too much. Though I've run into a bunch of anime with reoccurring voice actors, so Japan's not exempt from that as well.
Some of my favorite dubs are probably Haruhi Suzumiya, Death Note, and A Certain series.
