-Minimize all of your open applications, so that only your desktop shows.
-Next locate and press the key called "Print Screen/SysRq".
-After that, open up paint or a word document and press "Ctrl + V". Your image should then show up.
-Save and close Word/Paint, and go to Photobucket or Imageshack.
-After you upload the image, locate and copy the "IMG tag".
From there just post it here and it should show up.
