The NES and SNES are both classic gaming legends.
The N64 and Gamecube were both a major leap with 3D gaming graphics.
And then along came the wee little Wii, which provided a new experience with motion gaming, but didn't really meet up with the amazement of its predecessors.
The Wii was still a great console, but imho, it wasn't the best Nintendo had to offer.
