I actually don't watch to much AS, I think the reason why I enjoy dubs is because I think being a voice actor would be awesome!
I thought that the haruhi dub was great, and even though there are all sorts of name changes and stuff, I really enjoy the case closed/detective conan dub. I think they did a good job with the voices and I like how they made conan's thoughts be in jimmy/shinichi's voice.
As for the clannad dub, I think it could have been much better, so I will choose watching sub over dub any day there.
