well personally it would be Toshiros' but i would add to it.

I wouldnt just let it have the ice powers it currently has, i would also add in Shiki's Shadow powers cuz i think the combination of ice and shadow is one bad ass power XD!

For what's in the anime, it's a tie between Ryūjin Jakka and Senbonzakura for me.

If I had my own, it be a type of scythe assassin blade for shikai and a shadow monster for bankai.
