I may have forgotten to mention that when you posty on FB, also adds a tweet for it on our Twitter account. It's only just dawned on me that it does it.

Well if you haven't got a FB account then that's fine, your following the twitter account and your getting all the same updates as what Ryka publishes anyway.

I've put it up for grabs, I'm pretty useless when it actually come to using social accounts. I set them up but I was in over my head when I took on the decision to update them all myself.

I disappoint even myself sometimes...
