How do i configure my user name style change

so i bought a user name style change but i didnt get the option to configure it what do i do?

I've never bought the style change before.

Only the name change one.

But don't you usually customize those things from the shop once you buy them?

yeah usually you do but it just said "n/a" on it once i bought it
