Collecting RP ideas
 

Hi

I think that the RP should start running soon, so we get some more posts in the forum :rose:

So I would like to ask what kind of RP would be interesting.

Here are my favorite RPing Topics

- Naruto based Ninja RP
- Vampire RP
- Dragon / Half Dragon RP

So what would you like to see in the RP and add that here, so we can make a choice of Topics later.

What is Dragon RP about?

In that kind of RP you get characters which are full or half dragons
That characters be stronger as regular humans and make bigger damage to areas.
As example, if two dragon fight into a forest, and one use ice and the other use fire, the forest doesnt would long that much nice.
So they need special areas and maybe a prologue story of the RP

Oooooooooh.

That sounds interesting.

I might join something like that.

But Im a very inexperienced RPer.

That can changed as soon you figure out how much fun RPing is ^^
If I remember the first posts from me, I must always smiling

I played Shippuuden Sasuke and it was similar like that

"Sasuke appear into a tree and sit down to watch the fight"

that was all.
The other member start to give me more ideas to post better and soon after that I make posts with over 60 words ^^
into my own forum I get a post to pass some time which is over 800 words long and my partner into the RP topic send me after he check my post a "what the hell......" mail and said that he never so such a long post

Oh wow.

So you learned RP that quickly.

I tried to learn on my own before at another site.

But it seemed to complicated.

Maybe one day I will learn everything there is to know about RPing.

well maybe we can add a trainings area where people learn to RPing
that would be one more part for the RP and would help member
With good teachers you learn a lot and same count for playing RP
I get a lot of good teachers and play now since 2005
can be one year more because I cant really remember which year it was as the first forum I play RP open
But I can check as soon I find my old RP copies back again

Yeah.

I think that would be a good idea.

That way newbies wont get lost and feel discouraged to try.

I see that the Dragon part should be the most interesting here
So I will show my profile which I have into my own forum
Maybe it would help to get a small over view how it maybe can looks later here
Also it would show that such a character not really possible to play with a normal character from an regular Anime

Ah, so you're new to RPing as well?

The profile must be detailed, so nobody can cheat and said "hey, I get fire resistance" and 20 posts later "oh and Im ice resistance as well...." and maybe other 20 posts later that user comes and say now that the lightning resistance exist as well.
Also nobody can get a resistance for all. in RL people get also weak spots and so it should be in RP as well

Well, you are certainly doing an amazing job managing everything.
I can imagine how much work that took for you to create.

to create a RP isnt that much work if you already have ideas for it
into my Forum I get already 12 Characters
you only need to get ideas for a character and must know how the Character should look
My first self made Character lag a lot but now I make really good characters and also can help others to make some them self.

Just wonderinggg, would this be like, using the '*' or like, typing it all out. Cause for some reason, I can't bring myself to use the *'s. I feel weird. :boo:
And when are we starting this, cause I've been dying to RP. <3

Most of the RPs I have seen at other places use parentheses.

Yeah, I've only ever made one character in a rp that I'm going back to around this week or next ^_^

I might try to learn some things myself so I can join this too.

Well I use the * to make visible that my character think about something
but if you prefer to make it into a other way, then its ok as long the others know how you make the talking and how you make the thinking ;)



a learning section doesnt would be a problem I think
But first each one need a minimum of one character to play

I do believe RPers are the only types of members the board lacks.
It is going to be a challenge. XD

First we need to find something which all would like to play and as soon we find something, then you need to make the sections which I would PM you
In the time you build up the sections for me, I start to make a specialize Character Template for the characters and work out the rules for the RP
As soon the Sections and other stuff are done, we can start to make characters and start to play for the one which doesnt need lessons and the others can start to train a bit RPing in a trainings section to get used to play

My msn won't let me chat with her yahoo for some reason.

It works with my other friends but not her.

Which is very weird.

I only have Skype but that is fine for me
the other mostly let my PC shut down

the one into my forum like it but they are to busy with other stuff that they doesnt play in the last time

I don't know why but it feels like RP players are the most hardest people to find on the internet.

but as long they goes to school, they have time and later as soon they get jobs and relationships, the time fades and they get inactive

Do you need me to make the extra sections yet, DG?

Give me a day and then I will send you a message about a trainings sections for members which want to try to RP
