What exactly is the difference between the downloads here and the downloads on the front?

Overdrive plans to use the Homepage for downloads of series' that are still running, and the Forum for downloads of series' that are completed.

Yea, what Skip says sums it up alot. I am doing it this way because (well, yes there is a list...)

1. Using 2 different places keeps it a little more organized for the downloaders, instead of the lists being very long, and very bulky (if you can remember what the homepage downloads used to look like.)

2. Keeps the On-going/Completed series separate from one another

3. The time for me to post a completed 13 episode series on the homepage was roughly 30min. (And that was having everything ready to post). Whereas that same series I can post in the forums within minutes. (It sounds like laziness, but really is being more efficient.

Nice method, will the downloads be direct only or will there be other methods in which we can download 'em, such as torrent? (I know torrents would be hassle due to needing the machine on 24/7. It is a good backup if the DDL get taken down though.)

I guess since completed lists are much longer than ongoing it would make sense to have them separate.

I'll try to see if I can find some active torrents for the On-going series. Those are easier to find than the completed series, since I have too many to choose from. And trying to create them myself will make my ISP hate me even more, since we have a 250Gb Monthly bandwidth limit, and I somehow almost always go passed it, just from daily use..... XD


If it is an inconvenience to you to have it that way, just let me know and I'll do it the other way.
