I was able to get a few series uploaded onto my account before i started my work, and i was able to upload about 5 more series, but now it will be a little longer in between because i can only upload 200Mb files. So i will have to search my externals for series now.....

Epic bro. I do not know when we would be able to pull this one off, but it would be sweet if we could also have video game music downloadable on the site.
We would need to keep a close eye on the copyright mayhem however, and possibly only upload files to old games.

If we could possibly get some stuff that hasn't been licensed and mingle it in with the licensed material we might be safe for a while. If anyone has really got the time for it, check BakaBT and see what audio they have. They refuse to host licensed material so to avoid any backlash, so it would be good to see what they have.

Edit 1: I think the only have anime material though, which only solves half the issue.

Edit 2: They do have gaming stuff but it's all relative to the anime theme, so your talking final fantasies and kingdom hearts sorta stuff.

If the games are super old then shouldn't it still be safe?

That is debatable, I will have to look them up to be sure. Any ideas?

I'm guessing you could pull some gems off of Abandonia.

The games are a little DOS'y, but they're games at the end of the day.
They seem to have an ISO section on the forums as well. Needs registration though.

Oh.

I mean stuff from old consoles like PS1, Genesis, etc.

Downloads on the homepage will be down just a little longer, expect them up sometime next week.
