I truly do care for your health DG. So please don't overexert yourself with intense activities. Make sure you have plenty of relievers as well, but not too many, as too much can also be harmful to the body.

Most free forum software and hosting can cause many issues.
Before I switched to a paid server I started off at a free one. Too many issues would arise however, and I was forced to relocate.
I didn't have enough space, nor bandwidth which was not too good at the given time since the site runs a downloads section, lol.

Ah, yes.
I bought a vBulletin license to get the vBulletin board.
It costs about $200 for the standard, and about $300 for the additional.
It was a tough choice for me, but the MyBB which I used before didn't seem to like running here and there. XP
